12/11/2023 0 Comments Job title for busboy![]() Take the initiative to help any area of the Taproom whenever possible.Maintain a safe work environment according to federal and state regulations.Treat all customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect.Act as a conduit between the Servers and Kitchen employees.Seek out and accept feedback on the duties of the job and the needs of the Taproom and Deli.Communicate any needs to the Deli staff (large parties or taproom filling up, items needed, food made incorrectly, plates or silverware running low to dishwasher.).Communicate with FOH and Deli management at the beginning of shift about 86'd items, specials, and who the œgo-to person is for the deli.Always maintain a presence in the window (ask for assistance if leaving the window is necessary).Control the Deli window by traying up orders as they are ready, bumping from the screen, and ensuring someone runs the food in a timely manner.Ensure all necessary items are stocked and available at the window (mustards, ranch, BBQ, napkins, silverware, chips, to go items, etc.) This also includes keeping an inventory of our 3 types of mustard squeeze bottles on hand in the main kitchen cooler.Perform opening and closing procedures expo/clerk desk (see SOPs).Complete and sign for assigned side work during each shift.Be able to effectively communicate that information to our customers. Develop and maintain knowledge of Founders' culture, products, and the Taproom layout.S/he also supports and works alongside FOH/Deli staff to ensure the highest level of customer service and Taproom efficiency while performing the following duties. The Expo staff members are the main means of communication between the FOH and Deli staff. Expo staff members are responsible for ensuring that all food gets out of the window in a timely fashion and to our guests. ![]()
